Our company's independently developed Full-Automatic Rotary PET Blow Molding Machine not only deeply integrates cutting-edge core technologies in the domestic and international bottle-making field (such as high-precision servo drive and intelligent temperature control algorithm), but also relies on more than ten years of practical experience in the beverage filling industry — including technical precipitation in scenarios such as high-speed production line stability and multi-bottle type switching efficiency. Finally, it has created a serialized equipment with full-process automation capabilities, which can be customized to match the production needs of different capacity scales.
This equipment can realize the entire process of unmanned operation from automatic preform feeding, orderly arrangement, to precise heating (temperature error controlled within ±1℃) and efficient stretch blow molding, and can operate continuously without manual intervention. Its core advantages are reflected in three aspects: first, it covers a full range of product categories, compatible with the blowing needs of mini bottles from 200ml (such as oral liquid bottles, sample cosmetic bottles) to 20L large-capacity containers (such as edible oil barrels, barreled water tanks); second, it has high automation and intelligence levels, equipped with a PLC intelligent control system. Operators can complete bottle type parameter storage and rapid switching (switching time shortened to within 5 minutes) through the touch screen, and it also has functions of automatic fault alarm and production data statistics; third, it has stable performance and outstanding cost-effectiveness, with a continuous operation failure rate of less than 0.3%, production efficiency 30% higher than traditional models, and the fully enclosed production chamber can avoid contact between the bottle body and the outside world, completely eliminating intermediate contamination and ensuring product hygiene and safety.
At present, the equipment has formed a complete product series from 2 stations to 36 stations. For standard 500ml bottles, the production capacity ranges from 15,000 to 81,000 bottles per hour (B/H). It is widely applicable to the PET bottle production needs of eight industries: beverages (mineral water, carbonated drinks), dairy products (room-temperature milk, yogurt), edible oil, condiments (soy sauce, vinegar), alcohol (white wine, fruit wine), food (jam, canned food), pharmaceuticals (medical reagent bottles) and daily chemicals (shampoo, lotion), providing customers with a "high-efficiency, stable and clean" bottle-making solution.
