Beckhoff PLC Driven Automatic Labeler with Central Lubrication System

With self-developed vision control technology, it supports precise positioning labeling and real-time online quality inspection, guaranteeing accurate label placement for square QR code labels and round anti-counterfeiting seals, avoiding offset labeling and unrecognizable QR codes.

The whole machine adopts a high-strength integrated frame and is equipped with a standard central lubrication system, which reduces equipment wear and prolongs service life. The ergonomic quick-release structure enables fast mold replacement to adapt to different sizes of rectangular plastic boxes. Dual Chinese and English touch screens are standard to simplify debugging and operation and reduce manual workload.

The machine supports flexible expansion with 2 to 6 optional labeling stations to meet diverse labeling demands. High-power labeling stations are equipped with built-in label recycling devices and automatic label splicing functions to improve production efficiency. Operators only need to manually place and position products to complete high-precision labeling.
